Book online through the reservation form, by telephone or via WhatsApp. A separate app is not currently required; all journey details can be submitted directly on the website.
How much does it cost and how can I pay?+
Use our fare calculator for an initial estimate. The agreed price is provided before final confirmation. Depending on the confirmed journey, payment may be made in cash, by card with the chauffeur, via TWINT or through secure online payment.
Can I change or cancel my journey?+
Changes are possible subject to availability. Cancellation is often free until the deadline stated in the confirmation; late cancellations may incur a fee. The confirmed terms apply.
How do I find my chauffeur at a station or airport?+
The chauffeur name, telephone number and vehicle details are sent by SMS, WhatsApp or email. At the airport, the chauffeur waits at the agreed meeting point with a name sign.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
The flight is tracked in real time when information is available. Included waiting time starts after the actual landing. Additional waiting charges may apply after the agreed period.
Can I receive an invoice?+
Yes. Request it during booking or from the chauffeur; it can be supplied by email or on paper.
What should I do if I am late, my flight is cancelled or I leave an item behind?+
Contact the chauffeur or customer service immediately using the number provided. For lost property, send the journey and vehicle details as soon as possible.
Which vehicles are available?+
Standard, Business and Premium saloons, vans for 6 to 8 people, minibuses and coaches. Wheelchair-accessible or electric vehicles are available on request and subject to availability.
Can I travel with a pet?+
Yes, usually in a suitable carrier. Mention the pet during booking so the appropriate vehicle can be confirmed.
Is there an extra charge for luggage?+
Normal luggage is included within the capacity of the confirmed vehicle. Exceptional or additional luggage may require a larger vehicle or a supplement.
Can I book for someone else?+
Yes. Provide the passenger name and telephone number together with your own contact details during booking.
Are baby or child seats available?+
Yes, on request. State the child’s age and approximate weight; a small supplement may apply depending on the seat.
